Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Khmer Digital PRO, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance.

Service Description

• Digital Point of Sale (POS) system for retail and F&B businesses
• Customer loyalty and points reward management
• Sales data collection and reporting dashboard
• Employee and device management
• Customer Push Notification campaigns
• QR Code digital payment integration

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Khmer Digital is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from negligent credential management
• One account is permitted per business owner
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to third parties

Acceptable Use

• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
• Reverse-engineering or hacking the system is strictly prohibited
• Do not use the service to distribute malware or spam
• Content that violates Cambodian law is not permitted
• You must respect the privacy rights of your customers

Payment & Subscription

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually on an auto-renewing basis
• Refunds: you may request a full refund within the first 14 days
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds
• 10% VAT is included in all displayed prices

Data Ownership

All business data you enter — customers, sales, inventory — belongs entirely to you. Khmer Digital uses only anonymized, aggregated statistics to improve the product roadmap and never sells or shares your identifiable data.

Limitation of Liability

Khmer Digital is not liable for lost revenue or damages resulting from internet outages, downtime beyond our reasonable control, or misuse of the platform. Our total liability in any calendar month shall not exceed the subscription fee paid for that month.

Termination

• Khmer Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms
• You may close your account at any time after exporting your data
• Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
